    Job Description

    As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care utilizing the nursing process, including:

    • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care
    • Delivering patient- and family-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs
    • Coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
    • Providing health education that empowers patients and families
    • Prioritizing patient safety while maintaining a therapeutic and healing environment
    • Leading and collaborating with nursing team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
    • Participating in shared governance, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives
    • Demonstrating critical thinking, accountability, and clinical excellence every day

    Additional Job Description

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    Preferred

    • Previous Postpartum nursing experience
