  • Floating Between Units: Yes; potential units include Pedi Med/Surg and NICU.
  • On-call Requirement: No
  • Weekend Requirement: Yes, variable
  • Block Scheduling: Not required; self-scheduling is encouraged. Nurses can work 3 consecutive shifts or split them up, totaling 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
  • Expected Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Special Requirements: PICU experience required
  • 48-hour Approval: No
