    AHMMC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Oncology to join our dedicated oncology care team. In this role, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult oncology patients in an ambulatory setting, supporting chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, symptom management, patient education, and care coordination across the continuum.

    The ideal candidate is clinically strong, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about delivering patient-centered oncology care.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to outpatient oncology patients, including assessment, treatment administration, and monitoring
    • Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive infusions in accordance with established protocols
    • Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and adverse reactions; respond appropriately and escalate care as needed
    • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, side-effect management, and follow-up care
    • Collaborate with oncologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members
    • Accurately document patient care, assessments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
    • Support a culture of safety, quality improvement, and compassionate care
    • Participate in patient navigation, care coordination, and survivorship support as applicable
