What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 2 years of current, acute care RN experience
Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
Proficiency in titratable medications such as Cardene, Cardizem, Insulin, Heparin, Neo, and Levophed (manager approval required to offer without this experience)
Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start
Strong skills in chest tube management, tracheostomies, peritoneal dialysis, CSF drains, and related procedures (preferred)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to unit support roles like charge nurse and float assignments

Preferred Education & Experience:

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of experience working in acute care settings, with specific experience in Stroke, MedSurg, or Telemetry units

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work scheduled days and participate in orientation programs
Must wear designated scrubs and badges at all times

Willingness to support unit growth and adapt to unit demands
