" Shift hours/Contract Length: 7p-7a, 15 weeks
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission
" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted. Locals accepted for LPN's
REQUIRED LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS

" Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN license. (NY is not Compact)
" ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal.
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Telemetry and Stepdown-level care (PCU/DOU/IMC)
" Cardiac monitoring and emergency response; Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias; Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
" Nasal cannula; Oxygen administration; Non-invasive airway management
" Manage cardiac drips (no titration); Blood product administration
" Central line care/management; Peripheral line care/management
" IV therapy/phlebotomy; Isolation precautions

" Ratios: 1:4-5; Adults, Geriatrics
" Patient Diagnoses: long term pulmonary patients, ENT surgery, any surgical procedures that need step down level of care.
" Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
" Floating: Will be required to float within skillset
