Mary Francis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a
part‑time basis. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one‑on‑one client care. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in‑home nursing assessments and reassessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Complete nursing delegations for caregivers in accordance with Oregon regulations
- Provide ongoing delegation oversight, including training, competency checks, and follow‑up visits
- Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers
- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Monitor changes in condition and recommend appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (required)
- Experience in home care, long‑term care, or community health preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable
