What you’ll be doing:
- Performing client evaluations in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies.
- Developing an individualized care plan for each client.
- Reports client significant changes to the Administrator, authorized client representative and other team members.
- Maintains client records and documentation.
- Delegates tasks to unlicensed personnel based upon their scope of practice where allowable.
- Performs supervisory visits.
- Participates in the competency skill assessment of unlicensed personnel.
- Participates as requested in the agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program.
What we’re looking for:Please Note we are only Considering Local/Corpus Christi Applicants at this time.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 2 years of Home Care experience and 1 year of Supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
