Facility: UVM Medical Center Outpatient Dialysis, 35 Joy Dr., South Burlington, VT
Unit: Outpatient Dialysis (ESRD - chronic renal)
Position Description: Days, 36 hrs/week; flexible 8/9/10/12H shifts as needed. Floating to St. Albans and Berlin required. No call; Saturday requirements. TENTATIVE NEED.
Requirements: AHA BLS. Minimum 2 years experience incl. 1 year outpatient. Prior travel preferred.
Requirements common to UVM Health: EPIC experience within the past 2 years required (non-negotiable). Interview services to offer. Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays. No block schedules. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type). Public transportation not accessible - reliable vehicle needed (snow/all-season tires Nov-Apr).
