Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5
" Weekends - variable based on unit needs
" No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff
" Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule
" First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor
" Oncology experience preferred but not required
