Experience: Minimum 2 years OR experience, robotics experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50.92/hr
Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit

What Youll Do

Circulate OR cases including robotic, neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, urology, transplant, bariatric, and general surgeries
Assist with procedures such as Laminectomies, Fusions, Discectomies, Craniotomies, Aneurysm Clipping, and robotic surgeries
Support transplant procedures (kidney, liver, pancreas) and other complex surgeries
Work with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, support staff, and physicians
Maintain patient safety and surgical efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Pass an EKG competency exam prior to start
Collaborate with support staff such as scrub techs and first assistants

What You Need

Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for reciprocity
Minimum 2 years OR-specific experience
Robotics experience (Da Vinci preferred)
Ability to handle neuro spine/vascular and transplant cases
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR preferred
Flexibility to work weekends, call shifts, and holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred But Not Required

Transplant experience
Cardio/thoracic surgery experience
First assist or scrub tech certifications
