Aspirus At Home in Wausau, WI is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE or LPN - HOME HEALTH to join our field team! We have a flexible, independent yet collaborative work environment.

The Registered Nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of home health/hospice care services to patients of all ages. Coordinate''s provision of home health and hospice services that reflect the agency''s philosophy and standards of home health/hospice and nursing care of assigned clients including Assisted Living and CBRF''s. Ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing care services. Provides documentation of care consistent with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Monday - Friday day shift, every 6th weekend, on call rotation

Registered Nurses maybe eligible for a Sign on Bonus!

Experience/Qualifications:

• Associate''s degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor''s degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty desired.
• Ideally, there is a minimum of three years practicing as a RN in comparative setting.
• Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license.
• Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire. (See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Policy).
• Current Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification may be required based on primary department.
• Valid Wisconsin driver''s license required.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
