Submittal Instructions: Please submit with confirmation that your traveler is aware of a pass/fail exam at orientation. There is a medication exam required as part of the in-person orientation. It only allows 1 attempt. If they do not pass, then the contract is cancelled immediately. There will be study materials provided.
License Requirements: MA license is required. Perm license is preferred, but a conditional license is accepted.
Skill Requirements:
Must have scrub experience to get submitted.
Must be able to circulate and scrub in the following specialty areas: Transplant , Liver and Kidney, Endo, vascular, Vascular emergencies, Neuro, Trauma, MVA, Gunshot and stabbings etc., Circulate hearts, General surgery, Pedi, and Micro.
Call Requirements: Call Rotation: 1 night every third weekend.
