No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: 1 request per contract Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: located at 5201 Mid America Plaza suite 1300 We are looking for a nurse that can circulate and scrub Eyes (cataract, cornea, eye muscle, oculoplastic) Ortho (total shoulder, rotator cuff, acl, complex knee scopes, ORIF hands, nerve cases in arms, legs) GYN (hysteroscopies, D &C), General (diagnostic laparoscopies), Colorectal (EUA, hemorrhoids) Plastics (breast revisions) ENT (endoscopic sinus surgeries, tonsils/adenoids) Cardiac (ICD/pacemaker changes, loop recorders) GI lab scrubbing and circulating colonoscopies/upper endoscopies is an added bonus. Day shift 0700-330, 0800-1630, or 0900-1730 8-hour shifts, no call and no weekends or holidays. CNOR a plus but not required.
