Proficient in complex Spine, ENT, Neuro, intrabdominal transplant - Working after call- If on call after midnight team member is given up to 8 hours of rest time. Team member (due to daily staffing) can get called in to provide breaks or lunches or shift relief. Ex: (regular next day shift 0630-1900) If you worked on call until 2-3am, home to rest until you could potentially be called in to provide lunches at 11-12 and kept until 1900! We try our best to prevent this as much as possible.
