No RTO (Requested Time Off) requests will be approved during the weeks of November 22 28 and December 20 26, due to the double holiday periods.
When sending over submittals or extension details, please ensure no dates that fall on these weeks are requested.
RTO during the week of New Year s (December 27-January 2) is up to the manager s discretion.
For contracts that span both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, travelers will be scheduled to work either Thanksgiving or Christmas day based upon the needs of the organization.
This means if a traveler is not scheduled to work Thanksgiving, they will likely be scheduled to work Christmas.
Parking Options
WMC Monthly Permit: ***/month or *** per 100 days. Includes guaranteed 24/7 parking in the Wexner Medical Center Garage.
WB Annual Permit: ***/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 West Campus surface parking and shuttle service. Garage access is available on weekends and holidays.
CXS Annual Permit: ***/year, paid upfront. Includes 24/7 Buckeye CX and West Campus surface parking. Garage access is available on weekends and holidays.

Refunds: Annual permits may qualify for a prorated refund for unused future months. Current and prior months are not refundable. To request a refund, complete the CampusParc Return Request Form or visit a CampusParc Customer Care Center. Refund checks typically take 3 5 weeks. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next month s charge.
