• Is on-call REQ? Pending confirmation - Potential Call is 2 weekdays every 6 weeks, one weekend Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shift days every month and a half
  
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
  
• Locals Accepted: No- 75 mile radius rule. Submit with proof of address
  
• Pending License Accepted: Case by case
  
• RTO Restrictions: max 7 total days in 13 week assignment
