Facility: Central Vermont Medical Center (Berlin, VT)
Unit: Infusion Therapy - Outpatient Oncology Clinic
Position Description: 8H Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), 40 hrs/week, no weekends. 16 weeks only. Must work 2 of 4 holidays.
Requirements: Chemo/biotherapy certified. Outpatient infusion/oncology clinic experience required; trained in administering chemotherapy in a clinic setting.
Requirements common to UVM Health: EPIC experience within the past 2 years required (non-negotiable). Interview services to offer. Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays. No block schedules. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type). Public transportation not accessible - reliable vehicle needed (snow/all-season tires Nov-Apr).
