    Registered Nurse, Outpatient Plastic Surgery On-Call

    Park Nicollet is looking to hire an on-call RN to join our outpatient Plastic Surgery team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

    Position Summary:

    Be part of our Plastic Surgery Team in St. Louis Park/Maple Grove/Burnsville with occasional travel as needed.

    We are looking for team members to support our growing services, with opportunities to provide patient care in Plastic Surgery clinic. We have a fast-paced environment. Our team is looking for candidates with a positive outlook and ability to work well on a team.

    This role will provide direct patient care in ambulatory settings. Patient care may be a direct activity of the RN, or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
    • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
    • ACLS and PALS Certifications required (or willing to obtain within 3 months)
    • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Plastic Surgery clinic experience desired
