Implementation and Coordination of Care - Provides nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgement guided by current practice standards, rules, regulations and policy.
Evaluation and Discharge - Evaluates patient outcomes by utilizing the critical thinking process and evidence based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts and reach sound conclusions.
Professional Practice
Maintains professional working relationship with physicians to facilitate excellent patient care.

Qualifications
Qualifications
IV insertion skills required.
Education
Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
