How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead the delivery of direct nursing care by adhering to established protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment.
  • Create and monitor personalized patient care plans, documenting and communicating critical changes to the team to ensure clinical outcomes are met.
  • Support the patient’s recovery as the primary coordinator of all clinical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and well-integrated care experience.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
  • Coordinate comprehensive discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a clear and supported transition from the hospital to home
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
