PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE- ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS ** Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to acceptance. S/he will assess staff educational needs as well as plan, coordinate, conduct and evaluate programs such as orientation and other supportive educational offerings for the promotion of adult learning, improved patient outcomes and professional development.

Shift - 8H days -0700-1530 Monday-Friday

Facility: Milton Hospital

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

8H days -0700-1530 Monday-Friday

Candidate should have, at minimum, PACU experience and general education experience.
The ideal candidate would have experience in PACU, ENDO, central processing and OR.

Qualifications:
Current MA license in MA
BSN required, MSN in education or CNS preferred
BLS/ACLS-AHA certification
BLS and ACLS instructor required prior to start
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience- critical care experience preferred
Strong problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership experience

This RN will assume the responsibilities of educator, consultant, researcher, facilitator, role model, mentor and leader in the acute care setting as well as within the nursing division and organization.
S/he will assess staff educational needs as well as plan, coordinate, conduct and evaluate programs such as orientation and other supportive educational offerings for the promotion of adult learning, improved patient outcomes and professional development.
These activities are implemented within the framework of the Nursing Division's philosophy, goals and objectives.

Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered

We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers - -
