Job Title: RN – NICU (Level IV)
Location: Seattle, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 12-hour Night Shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced
NICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care to critically ill and high-acuity neonatal patients in a
Level IV NICU. The RN will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient- and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity Level IV NICU.
- Assess, monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions and individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Advocate for patients and families and provide education and support.
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and critical-care nursing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 1 full year of post-graduation NICU experience as a Registered Nurse – required.
- Washington RN License – required upon hire.
- BLS (AHA) – required upon hire.
- NRP (AAP) – required upon hire.
