Within this role, the registered nurse will ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community. This position will also work with medical and psychiatric care providers to ensure that consumers have access to medications, orders for the medications to be administered and take medications as prescribed during their residential stay.
