Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• NRP Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience.
• Strong neonatal critical-care experience.
• Ability to care for critically ill and premature newborns.
• Must meet holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to NICU patients.
• Monitor neonatal patients and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Operate and monitor neonatal equipment.
• Assist with procedures and respond to neonatal emergencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate with parents and families regarding patient care.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility protocols.
• Work required holidays according to facility requirements.

Holiday Requirement

• Work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
• Work 1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
