    Description

    Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Acute Care)
    Status: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem (Variable Shifts Available)
    Location: Polson, Montana
    Salary: Salary to be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter.
    Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates

    A respected healthcare system in western Montana is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join its acute care team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.
    The RN will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work in a dynamic acute care setting while supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment
    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
    • Deliver compassionate, therapeutic, and evidence-based treatment
    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
    • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
    • Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and professional practice standards
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

    Work Schedule Options
    Multiple openings are available with flexible scheduling options:

    • Per Diem / On-Call - Variable shifts
    • Part-Time - Day shift

    Required Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire
    • Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • National certification in a nursing specialty area
