" Shift hours/Contract Length: 3x12 Days 0700a-1900p
" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission
" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted. Locals accepted for LPN's
REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

" Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN license. (NY is not Compact)
" Required Certifications: BLS and NIHSS - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal.
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" MS/Tele with cardiac monitoring & emergency response: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias; use of Rapid Response/Code teams.
" Nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management.
" IV therapy/phlebotomy with peripheral line care/management, Isolation precautions.
