The clinician must provide 5 days of availability through self-scheduling and work a total of 36 hours each week during the contract duration. The facility has up to 2 hours from the start of the shift to confirm/cancel shifts. If a shift is canceled, the clinician must continue to sign up for shifts until they have worked 36 hours (through the shifts app). -First and Last week of contract are not guaranteed. -Any week containing RTO that prohibits clinicians from meeting their scheduling requirement is not guaranteed. -Timely compliance will be important. Only 2 start date pushes are allowed - Floating required. Candidates will work on home units for four shifts and then the expectation will be that they are open to floating to any area where they are needed within their specialty -Shifts access will not be granted until candidate is fully cleared by client post orientation Requirements:? 2 year of MS experience Active license Current BLS, ACLS Epic experience required 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year? Note: Timing may vary and could end earlier or later. Please report to the unit immediately after HR orientation is completed, regardless of the time. ? 10:00 a.m. 10:30 a.m. | Unit Introduction & Tour ? Report to Jesse James Davis on 2CIU or Jordan Thome UO6E ? Meet & greet with unit leadership and staff ? Complete unit-specific paperwork ? Receive unit expectations and key information ? Tour the department and locate essential resources ? Prepare for preceptor shift Day 2 TBD | 7:00 a.m./p.m. 7:30 a.m./p.m. ? The 12-hour unit orientation will be scheduled based on the candidate's and unit's availability. M-F or weekends, during the shifts (AM/PM) the candidate is assigned for. ? Candidates will also be asked to provide 2 3 available dates within 12 days of their HR orientation. These dates will be shared with the unit managers prior to the candidate's start date, so the unit managers can assign them an available preceptor. MUSC Additional Orientation/Epic Modules Information: ? Before your orientation, you are required to complete the HR modules assigned to you. These modules must be completed before your first day of orientation. If they are not completed in advance, you will be sent home, and your start may be delayed. ? Please allow up to 4 hours to complete the modules. They will need to be complete them on a laptop or desktop computer. Do not use a cell phone, as it may prevent the modules from working properly. ? Email transcripts over to your CCS once complete. Additional Details:?
