Job Title: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse - Nights
Schedule: 3x12's / 36 Hours / Every Other Weekend
On-call: None
Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience.
EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Certifications Required:
" BCLS
" ACLS
" NIHSS
" AHA Certifications only

Skills Required:
" Proficient in IV start
" Experience with telemetry
" Competency with ventilators

Preferred Qualifications:
" Previous travel nursing experience
" Proficiency in EPIC documentation system

Specialized Experience in:
" Multisystem Organ Failure
" Respiratory Failure
" COVID
" Sepsis
" Post-Cardiac Arrest
" Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
" Liver Failure
" Renal Failure

Special Procedures/Unit Details:
" Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia
" Externalized IV Pumps for COVID+ Patients
Special Equipment Knowledge:
" NxStage CRRT
" Alaris IV Pump
" Client Cardiac Monitor
" Client Ventilator
" Boom Lift in Each Patient Room
