The RN performs nursing assessments, identifies patient needs, develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, and performs other duties as assigned. Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN performs nursing assessments, identifies patient needs, develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be completed prior to completion of orientation

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
