The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: ***Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required*** Skills Req: Phlebotomy, teamwork, time management, prioritization Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR handoff Experience with bariatrics, trachs, Endo Onc, MIS, plastics, ortho and ophthalmology. Getting patients up and moving is a priority as well as providing CHG baths. - Patient Diagnoses: Post op medical surgical patients - Special Procedures/Unit Details: Have NP's on floor Mon-Fri 0700-1600. Have House staff coverage 24 hours/day. Floor Management take on call Q/weekend for support. - Phlebotomy services offered 21:00-05:30 Mon.-Sun. - EKG (1 tech there from 7-3, so RNs do perform/read EKGs when needed. Can be trained if needed.) - Special Equipment: Have Sit/Stand lift and Hoyer lift on the floor, bladder scanner and EKG machine. If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month.
