Summary:
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Responsibilities:
Provide care to patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, and chest tube management needs.
Work every other weekend and be available to work 2 of the 3 specified holidays.
Float to units within the cohort as outlined by company policy.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Pediatric RN experience.
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Pulmonary Pediatrics experience.
Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and chest tube management.
Licensure/Certification: BLS and PALS required.
Licensure/Certification: RN.
No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.
Seasonal Influenza Vaccine required (medical and religious exemptions accepted).
Preferred Skills:
Previous travel experience preferred.
Teaching hospital experience strongly preferred.
BSN preferred.
Strong pediatric pulmonary experience is required.
Experience with ventilator-dependent pediatric populations is highly preferred.
