healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire compassionate, skilled and
dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) committed to delivering excellent patient
care and supporting a strong team culture across the Surgical and Med-Surg/Swing Bed Units.
As an RN you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate
individualized patient care while collaborating with physicians and care teams
to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.
Shift Options: Part-Time | PRN | Nights

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver
quality patient care and assess patient needs
- Monitor
conditions and respond to changes
- Collaborate
with healthcare teams and communicate critical updates
- Develop,
implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Maintain
accurate patient documentation
- Promote
a safe and organized care environment
- Support
and mentor nursing staff as needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing
staff
- Maintain
licensure, professional standards and required certifications
- Perform
Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator functions as needed
- Perform
additional unit support duties as required
- Follow
hospital policies, safety standards, and service excellence practices
Swing Bed-Specific Responsibilities
- Support
patient recovery, rehabilitation, and functional improvement
- Coordinate
care with therapy, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist
with mobility, ADLs, and promoting patient independence
- Monitor
progress toward individualized recovery goals
- Support
discharge planning and transition of care
- Educate
patients and families on recovery, medications, and follow-up care
· Recognize and escalate changes requiring
higher-level care
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Graduate
of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ASN, or BSN)
- Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
- Current
CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
- At
least 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Swing Bed-Specific Qualifications
- Swing
Bed or transitional care nursing experience preferred
- Experience
caring for patients requiring rehabilitation and continued medical care
- Knowledge
of discharge planning and transition-of-care processes
- Ability
to support mobility, rehabilitation, and functional recovery goals
