    Responsibilities



    • Provide professional nursing care to medical/surgical patients in an inpatient setting

    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and mid-level providers

    • Monitor patient vital signs, condition changes, and treatment responses

    • Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record

    • Coordinate patient care with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and other healthcare team members

    • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning

    • Respond to emergent and urgent patient situations following established protocols

    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

    • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards



    Requirements



    • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state

    • Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred

    • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

    • Proficiency with electronic health records

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team



    Schedule

    Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on facility needs.
