Hospital in Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurse (RN) – Med Surg.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment, making a
meaningful impact every day while collaborating with a dedicated team committed
to exceptional patient outcomes.
Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights
What You’ll Do
As a Med Surg RN, you will:
- Deliver direct, safe,
compassionate, and evidence-based patient care
- Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and document findings
- Monitor patient conditions and
respond appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications and
treatments as ordered by physicians
- Develop, implement and update
individualized care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians
and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on
treatment plans, recovery, and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation
- Uphold hospital safety, quality,
and infection control, policies and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of
Alabama
- Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience
(Acute care experience preferred)
- Strong critical-thinking skills and
clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and
teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic
hospital setting
