Registered Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

RN MGR - ER

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Emergency Services Department will have the following job responsibilities:

• ​​The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. 
• The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.​​​

RN MGR - ER

Full-Time NIGHTS

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Emergency Services Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Recent Acute Care ER Manager, Supervisor experience (Charge nurse experience will not qualify)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• ​Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
