Registered Nurse LTC for our client in
Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a

Position Title: Registered Nurse LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 - 11:15)
Pay rate: $50 - $55/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Admineister medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR, MAR, TAR, progress notes)
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current and valid RN license in NY- No License hits allowed
- BLS/CPR certified
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
