About the Role
OnDeck Solutions is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our System Float team supporting multiple partner facilities across Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. Current Unit Openings
We are actively hiring for the following units:
- Med/Surg/Tele – Day & Night shifts
- PCU – Day & Night shifts
Assignments are based on your background, skill set, and comfort level.
What You'll Do
- Float between multiple facilities in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana
- Provide high-quality patient care in assigned units
- Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and workflows
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all compliance standards

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of acute-care RN experience
OR
1 year of acute-care RN experience + 2 years of acute-care LPN experience
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Active RN licensure in KY & IN
- Must hold and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN licenseor individual RN licenses for KY and IN
