Description:
• This position is for a Registered Nurse Lead role in New York, NY, offering full-time onsite employment. 
• The position requires overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and managing medication inventories. 
• Applicants should have experience in healthcare settings and demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies.

Requirements:
• Develop and manage nursing and medical support staff schedules.
• Monitor and improve efficiency of nursing staff assignments.
• Conduct orientations and in-service training for new staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Provide direct nursing care and manage medication administration.
• Participate in treatment planning and health education for clients.
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage controlled substances.

Qualifications:
• NYS RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Five years of nursing supervisory experience, including three years in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG.
• Strong time management, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse backgrounds.
