Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers not accepted Patient Population: Neonates/Infants and Adults Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP Required; AWHONN Intermediate Preferred General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: We are looking for motivated experienced labor and delivery travelers that want to work in a team-based unit; Labor (Vaginal), C Sections, Multiple births, Post Partum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension ; D&C Ratio / Census: 1:1-2; 16 L&D beds with average daily census of 15; 6 bed L&D Triage Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Provided by the facility RTO: MAX 7 days RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th) Weekends: 3 weekend shifts per contract Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: for AM & PM shift 2 calls are required per 6 weeks HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
