Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and safely
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
- Respond to patient concerns and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
