Pro Solution Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our students during their clinical training. This part-time weekend role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about mentoring and guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals. The RN will assist with overseeing students in clinical settings, ensuring they gain hands-on experience while maintaining compliance with program standards and patient care protocols.
Supervise and support medical students during clinical rotations.
Provide instruction and guidance on clinical procedures, patient care, and safety protocols.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure students adhere to all school, facility, and state nursing standards.
Communicate regularly with the program director and faculty regarding student progress.
Assist in maintaining accurate clinical attendance and evaluation records.
Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
Current, active RN license in the State of [Insert State].
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience required (hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting).
Prior experience in clinical instruction or healthcare education preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate students in a professional learning environment.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
CPR certification (BLS) required.
