• Pay Rate: $80.00 $85.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3x12 Hours), 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract ICU Registered Nurse position at a major academic medical center in Worcester, MA. The role is a night-shift, 3 12-hour assignment covering the Intensive Care Unit, with every other weekend and every other holiday required.

Required Experience

• Previous ICU experience required
• At least 3 years of ICU experience required; 5 or more years in a Level 1 Trauma facility strongly preferred
• Previous Trauma and/or Neuro experience highly preferred

Required Skills

• MA RN license in hand required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
• Every other weekend and every other holiday availability required
• Any call-outs must be made up at the end of the assignment
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Preferred Skills

• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• Previous Trauma and/or Neuro experience highly preferred (5 years in a Level 1 Trauma facility)

Education Requirements

• MA RN License must be in hand at time of submission (required)
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Night shift: 3 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required

Important Notes

• Traveler must be aware of 2 pass/fail exams at orientation: a medication exam and a telemetry exam.
• Each exam allows 1 attempt only. Failure to pass either exam results in immediate contract cancellation.
• Study materials will be provided during the compliance process and FDIs.
