    Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted

    Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS prior to start

    Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient); 24 Rooms with average daily census of 19

    Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics

    Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR

    Scrub Color: Navy Blue

    RTO: 7 days maximum per contract

    Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere

    Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed

    Call Requirements: Not specified

    Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

    Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

    Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
