Requirements

• Active Georgia RN License or Compact RN License

• Previous ICU/Critical Care nursing experience

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• Strong critical-care assessment and patient-monitoring skills

• Experience caring for critically ill patients

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions.

• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and hemodynamic changes.

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.

• Manage patients requiring advanced critical-care interventions.

• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Provide patient and family support.
