Registered Nurse in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85032
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Payrate: $64-$66/hour
Responsibilities:- Provides direct, individualized bedside nursing care based on patient needs and age.
- Coordinates care planning with other healthcare disciplines.
- Assesses, plans, delegates, and supervises patient care activities.
- Evaluates nursing care quality and patient outcomes.
- Participates in hourly rounding and follows safety protocols.
Qualifications:- Registered Nurse State License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- At least 2 years of experience
