Job Description for Registered Nurse in ICU
Join our dynamic team in Mission Viejo, CA, a vibrant community known for its beautiful landscapes and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ICU Float Pool Pod A.
- Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs.
- This is a float position; clinicians may be floated to different ICU floors or to lower acuity areas, including the tele floor.
- Must be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
- Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.
- Local radius is 50 miles; contact AM for local rate.
- Start date: TBD
- Patient ratios: 1:2
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-timers accepted.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.
- On-call is not required.
- Floating between like units is required.
- Block schedule accommodation is at the manager's discretion.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period.
