Will position float between units: Yes Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes Every Other Weekend Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? Per Oregon Law Special requirements: Must have ED or critical care experience. Must be willing to cover meals and breaks in Medsurg, ICU, and ED. Previous House Sup experience preferred. Will be willing to take a caregiver who has had previous Charge experience and willing to work in different areas of the hospital. Are 48 hours approved: No

*** professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.
If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
