Patient Diagnoses: At Unity Hospital, the house supervisor is the leader in house responsible for 311+ beds, including ED, our Family Birth place, Surgical Services, 14 medical surgical units, and 1 20-bed ICU. Our ICU charge and providers serve as the RRT and Code Team along with support from the supervisor. We utilize a centralized staffing office with staffing coordinators covering 80 hours/week. We also have an off-shift nurse manager that works 4p-2a - 4 shifts per week to support the building.
