Description
Title: Registered Nurse - House Supervisor
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 77 W Barney St Gouverneur, NY 13642
Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year as House Supervisor or RN Manager; ED experience mandatory
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Beds/Census: 25-bed inpatient unit; average daily census 19
Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW)
Local Candidates: Not accepted; must live more than 50 miles away
First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
Patient Population: CHF, pneumonia, chest pain rule-outs, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, COPD, alcohol/opioid withdrawal, and debility

Ratios: Days 1:6; nights 1:7, with LPN support
Special Equipment: Bariatric equipment available as needed
Dress Code: Scrubs required; no specific color
Respiratory Therapy: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM
Facility Details: Day surgery only, 7-bed ER, and 25-bed inpatient unit.
