Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home health with high volume case loads is required.
- First time travelers: Not accepted. However, any recent travel experience is welcome.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Special Requirements: Recent OASIS experience is required. Candidates must pass an OASIS exam to be eligible for an interview. Please review the Oasis E11, focusing on Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18) before the exam.
Job Details
- Shift: Starts at 0800.
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, one full weekend and one additional weekend shift every 6 weeks.
- Territory: Covering LA County with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Provided per IRS standard.
- On-Call Requirement: No on-call duties.
- License: Must be active at the time of submission.
- Locals: Accepted with no radius rule.
Job Duties/Additional Unit Info/Caseload
Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day. Our home health department operates on an hourly pay model rather than a per visit model. Punctuality is essential, with a start time of 0800 as specified in the contract.
